To visit: Santa Gertrudis
This village, in the middle of island, has many nice shops and organic and vegan restaurants. Probably this village has the most vegan restaurants on the whole island. Wild beets, Aubergine, and Ecocentro; just to name a few.

To shop: Sluiz
I was driving to Santa Gertrudis and next to the road I saw a bunch of blue cows, which got me curious. There also was a sign; that they had nothing for sale, however as stubborn as I can be, I drove up the road. Then I saw all the parking signs which where hilarious, I knew this has to be something special. I got out of the car and walked in, and there was this huge concept store, super cool! They had everything from furniture, food, clothing, children clothing to stuff for around the garden. Also it was a nice mixture of well-known labels and more upcoming new brands. A real tread for every fashionista!

To dine, do yoga or watch movies: Amante Beach Club
This beautiful beach club is located in the northern part of Ibiza. It has a stunning view and the food is amazing. You can or eat on the beach, or in the restaurant. If you want to, its smart to make a reservation, as it’s packed during lunch and dinner time. You can also start your day with yoga, or watch a movie at night. Four times a week there are morning yoga classes, and every Tuesday night you can enjoy a movie on this beautiful backdrop.

To sleep: ME hotel
This hotel is a beautiful 5-star beachside retreat, with an amazing rooftop where you have a 360 view over the marina. Also it there are two pools; one located on the rooftop and the other one next to beach. When I spend the afternoon at the pool, music started playing, and dancers walked around the pool, they jumped in and gave an amazing watershow. Something I have never seen before, amazing! Next to the hotel is Nikki Beach, so if you are feeling like having a bit more action, or some great sushi, go here.

To relax: Atzaro
The hotel and spa are exquisite. I spend the day by the pool and enjoyed an amazing lunch. Everything they serve is fresh, healthy, and locally grown. The spa has a sauna, pool, hammam and gym. Also you can book a message, a treatment or a yoga class. This is retreat is great for the healthy-minded traveller, who enjoys nature and relaxation. Or if you just want to get away from all the Ibiza madness you can unwind here.

To go to the beach:
I really enjoy Tropicana Beach, as it’s not too crowded and they serve really good food. You are not cramped together and it’s very relaxed. There is no loud music; it’s just a perfect spot for a relaxing day at the beach. On the other side of this bay there is a beachclub called Yemanja, which is perfect for a nice dinner on the beach.

To watch a sunset:
Another beautiful spot in the north is called Cala Benirras. Here you can watch a beautiful sunset, while hippies are playing different kinds of musical instruments and people are dancing on the beach. Go here at the end of the day, find a place to sit and enjoy this magical moment. It really gave me goose bumps..
